What if I don't have a large list?

This program will help you BUILD YOUR LIST! After you register, I will give you several tools to help you grow your list of subscribers quickly. I started sending my newsletter with 8 subscribers. My list grew quickly mostly because I was sending a newsletter. Sending a regular newsletter is actually one of the best ways to grow your list!

 

How many should I have on my list for this program
to be effective for me?


The designers I work with who are getting great results from their monthly newsletters have an average of 50 - 200 subscribers. Most started with a lot less and grew their lists quickly using my easy tips. The SIZE of the list is not as important as the QUALITY. If you are sending to past clients, friends, and family - all of whom you have a relationship with, you will get far better results than if you send to a larger list of strangers. (By the way, don't discount friends and family. Ask them to subscribe even if you don't think they will ever be clients of yours. I get loads of referral business from friends and family who have just read a newsletter and realized they knew someone who could use my services.)

As a smart business strategy, you should have your own newsletter no matter how small your list of subscribers is. But if you are just getting started and haven't gathered any client's email addresses yet, I would suggest you start by doing that. Tell you clients, friends, and family that you are getting ready to launch a company newsletter, capture all their email addresses, and then contact me so we can get started!

 

What is the content of each newsletter?

Each month, your subscribers will receive valuable home decor tips and ideas to keep them inspired and in the mood to decorate.  There are 2 articles, each including beautiful photographs, and then a section all about you and your company.  In this section you can include your website, phone number, and anything you want your prospects to know about your design expertise. This is also where I put the photograph of YOU - so that you continue to build a personal relationship with your readers.
 

When are the newsletters sent?

Monthly newsletters are sent to your subscribers on the first Tuesday of each month.
 

Where are the newsletters sent from?

YOUR newsletters are sent from YOUR email address.  In other words, when a reader gets your email, it appears to come directly from YOU.  This is not a generic service with an impersonal address.  Your subscribers will think that you are personally sending them your ezines each month.  If they click "reply," they will be sending an email directly to YOU.
 

What do the newsletters look like?

Can I see my "open rates" and other statistics?

Yes!  You will have your own account that you can log into each month to see how many of your subscribers have opened the email and if they've clicked over to your website.  Remember: You don't need to do anything.  Your newsletters are now on autopilot.  But it is fun to go look at your statistics and see who is reading your news!


Okay! How much does this service cost?

Your monthly EzinesDone4U service is just $150 / month.  That is all inclusive.  There are no additional charges for the email service provider, the writing, the designing, the distribution, collecting new subscriber information, or handling changes in subscriber info or opt-outs.

Your monthly fee includes up to 500 subscribers. There is NO commitment.  You can end your service at any time.

There is a one-time set-up fee of $200. This is to create your personal template; upload your photo, bio, and company information; set up your newsletter account with your email address and name attached; create a subscription opt-in box for your website; and subscribe all email addresses of your clients to your newsletter.

*** You can waive the set-up fee if you choose to pay for one year in advance. That’s a savings of $200! ***

Can I have my company logo in the newsletter?

Well, since you asked so nicely... I will incorporate your logo into the ezine header and adjust the colors of the template to match for a one-time set-up fee of $125.  Please write to me and request this option after you have registered!
 

What if I already have subscribers?

I will move them all over into your new account.  After you subscribe to this plan, you will receive a form that allows you to enter all your subscribers and mail them to me.  OR you can simply download them from your current email service provider - in Excel - and send me that form.  Your readers won't miss an issue!
